If you are good at modding its not too bad, but otherwise its kinda complicated. Read the readme cause its kinda hard to setup. Granted, I only had one map properly convert. SPAM ((SimPeg Agricultural Mod) and I-RM (Industrial Revolution Mod) are both great as well for the former overhauling the farming industry (which farming doesn't work well late game in vanilla SimCity 4) and the latter making industry even better. It overalls the traffic system, adds a lot of new roads/freeways and makes a huge change and a much better change to the game. NAM (Network Addon Mod) especially is a 100% required mod. Nowadays, the city-building genre is more successful than ever thanks to games like Cities: Skylines, but few can match the charm of the classics like SimCity 4.
